The refreshed lobby will feature modern finishes and a striking two-storey moss feature wall, serving as a natural focal point complemented by thoughtfully placed greenery throughout. A newly designed reception area and a comfortable central lounge space, ideal for gathering and relaxation, will complete the transformation. The result will be a welcoming, functional, and visually cohesive entry experience. The Level 1 corridor will be reimagined with modern finishes and integrated wayfinding to enhance clarity and flow. New conversation nooks will offer spots for informal gatherings, while a coffee kiosk and wine bar will bring warmth and energy to the space.

Wentworth Hall
Wentworth Hall will be revitalized with new ceiling panels featuring integrated LED lighting and reclad walls that echo the wood finishes of adjacent common areas. The concession stand will be upgraded to better serve event guests, while a striking glass pedestrian bridge overlooking the hall will enhance openness and connection.

The Level 2 corridors and meeting rooms will be refreshed with new flooring, finishes, and lighting, along with improved wayfinding and the addition of several feature walls to enhance visual interest. The meeting rooms will be updated to create productive and inspiring environments for meetings and breakout sessions.
Albion Room
Albion Room
The Albion Room will be transformed with the replacement of existing drop ceilings and the installation of large-scale pendant lights around the perimeter, creating a more open and refined atmosphere. Reclad movable partitions with exposed glazing will offer clear sightlines and flexibility, while new carpeting throughout will unify the space. Wood mouldings and wall sconces will be added to enhance warmth, character, and architectural interest.

Common Areas, Registration & Bar
Level 3 will see a series of enhancements across its common areas, beginning with the registration zone, where refinished cabinetry, updated lighting, modular desks, and a touch of greenery—alongside a small feature wall—will create a welcoming and functional first impression. The former coatroom will be transformed into a flexible self-serve commissary, featuring vending machines, coffee service, worktables, and TVs to support casual work and social interaction.
A new bar with a sophisticated piano bar ambiance will anchor the floor, featuring lounge seating, reflective surfaces, a metallic ceiling detail, and illuminated back-bar liquor displays, all designed to create a stylish and inviting gathering space.

The Chedoke Ballroom will be transformed with new ceiling panel inserts, upgraded lighting including cove and feature fixtures, and elegant wall panels accented by up/down sconces to add depth and visual interest. Wall-to-wall flooring and acoustic texture treatments will enhance comfort and sound quality, while a central feature wall and refined stage backdrop will create a striking focal point. High-end finishes throughout will complete the elevated, sophisticated atmosphere.
The Webster Room will be reimagined with the removal of drop ceilings, custom light fixtures, and the addition of wood mouldings, creating a more open and refined atmosphere. New glazed folding doors will connect the space to the outdoor terrace, enhancing its chic, luxurious appeal. In the adjacent Webster Lounge, bar updates, new carpeting, and a feature wall will transform the area into a more inviting and desirable space.
