Where is the lost & found?
All lost and found items are catalogued and stored for 90 days. Every effort is made to identify the owner and return all articles. After 90 days, all articles are disposed of at the sole discretion of the Hamilton Convention Centre. For inquiries regarding our lost and found please contact reception@hccevents.ca
Where can I park?

The Hamilton Convention Centre is directly connected to a six-level underground parking garage operated by the City of Hamilton Municipal Parking Authority, accommodating up to 600 vehicles. Because this is a municipally owned lot, parking charges apply based on duration of stay and can range from $3.25 per hour to a daily maximum of $15. Rain or shine, you won’t have to worry about braving the elements, as you can take the elevator directly from the underground parking lot to the first, second, or third floor levels of the Hamilton Convention Centre.

Which hotels are the closest?
The Hamilton Convention Centre is directly connected to the Sheraton Hamilton, which features over 300 newly renovated rooms. Additionally, the Homewood Suites by Hilton is located half a block from the Convention Centre, the Staybridge Suites is two blocks away, and the Hampton Inn by Hilton is four blocks away. There are over 800 hotel rooms within walking distance of the Hamilton Convention Centre.

Is the Hamilton Convention Centre accessible?
Yes, it is—starting right from the underground parking lot. Guests can be dropped off at the front doors or take an elevator directly from the underground lot into the facility. All of our washrooms are wheelchair accessible, our hallways are wide, and we are proud to say that we are fully accessible. Wheelchairs are also on site in case of emergency.

Where do I access the loading dock?
Our loading docks are located at the back of our building with dedicated street access at 10 MacNab Street South. Please remember that a loading dock supervisor must be booked with your Event Services Associate in advance for all event move-ins and move-outs, at an additional cost where required.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we  offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to event organizers and attendees. All three levels of our facility provide free Wi-Fi service throughout the hallways, corridors, and inside banquet and meeting rooms. Please inquire with your Event Services Associate for the password. Note that large numbers of guests may result in service interruptions.

Where can I buy tickets for events at the Hamilton Convention Centre?
The Hamilton Convention Centre is a rental venue, so we do not sell tickets directly. To purchase tickets for an event taking place here, please contact the event organizer.

Can we provide outside food or beverages for an event?
The Hamilton Convention Centre is a full-service facility. As such, there are rules and regulations in place that prohibit us from allowing any outside food and beverage due to liability purposes. All food and beverage needs must be arranged through the Hamilton Convention Centre.

Can I buy a monthly parking pass?
The parking lot is owned and operated by the Hamilton Parking Authority. Monthly passes can be purchased directly through them.

How can I become an exhibitor?
As the Hamilton Convention Centre, we are merely the event venue. We are not organizing or running the event. In order to become an exhibitor at any trade or consumer show, you are best to contact the event organizers directly. Check out our News and Events sections to see a list of upcoming shows.
